What we collect
When you visit, browse, or buy from the Store, we may collect:
- Checkout data: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone (if provided), order contents.
- Payment data: processed by Stripe. Modnio does not store full card numbers, only a Stripe payment reference and the last four digits / brand for receipts and refunds.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, time on site, collected via standard server logs and minimal analytics.
- Marketing pixels: if you arrived through a paid ad, Meta, TikTok, Google, or Microsoft may set their own cookies for attribution and retargeting.
How we use it
- To fulfill your order, including passing shipping details to the supplier warehouse that ships the item.
- To process payment and handle refunds.
- To send order confirmation, shipping, and customer-service emails. You will not receive marketing emails unless you opt in.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and chargebacks.
- To analyze and improve the Store.
Who we share with
- Stripe for payment processing.
- Banggood or other supplier warehouses, for fulfillment. We share only the shipping name, address, contact, and items ordered.
- Email and customer-service tools we use to respond to you.
- Ad platforms for conversion measurement, using aggregated or hashed identifiers where applicable.
We do not sell your personal data.
