Our policy in one paragraph

If something arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, email support@modnio.com within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right with a refund or replacement at no cost to you. For change-of-mind returns within 14 days you can also send the item back unused, in original packaging, and we refund the item price (you cover the return shipping).

How to start a return

  1. Email support@modnio.com with your order number and a short note. For damaged or defective items, include photos.
  2. We will reply within 2 business days with a return address.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable service.
  4. Once we confirm delivery and condition, the refund is processed.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item. Stripe and your card issuer can take an additional 3 to 10 days to post the credit.

What is not refundable

  • Items damaged by misuse, modification, or normal wear.
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories (unless damaged or defective).
  • Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns, which you cover.

Lost or stuck shipments

If tracking has not moved for more than 14 days from the dispatch date, email support@modnio.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and either reship or refund.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first. Most disputes are resolved within a few emails and much faster than a card chargeback.
