Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Switzerland, Australia, and New Zealand. If your country is not listed, contact support@modnio.com before ordering.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email when the item dispatches.

Delivery time

• United States: 3-7 business days from the US warehouse.
• European Union and UK: 3-10 business days from the EU warehouse.
• Switzerland: 3-10 business days from the EU warehouse.
• Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 7-18 business days, depending on the item and warehouse.

Times are estimates and can be affected by customs or carrier delays. We do not control the carrier once an item has shipped.

Shipping cost

Shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Many items ship free; larger items may carry a flat fee.

Duties and import taxes

Most US orders ship from a US warehouse and no duties apply. Orders shipped from non-US warehouses may be subject to import duties or VAT collected by the carrier on delivery. You are responsible for those charges where they apply. If you want to confirm the warehouse for a specific item before ordering, email support@modnio.com.
