Where we ship

Each product is offered only in countries where its current supplier, shipping cost, delivery route, and return route have been checked. The countries available for an item are shown on its product page before checkout opens. Contact support@modnio.com if your country is not listed.

Processing time

Processing time varies by product and fulfillment partner. The current processing estimate is shown with the product before you order. Tracking is provided after dispatch for every product offered through the store.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on the item and destination. We show a product-specific delivery range only after the route has been checked. The range is an estimate, and customs or carrier delays can extend it after dispatch.

Shipping cost

The product page and Stripe checkout show the shipping cost before you pay. We do not advertise free shipping unless that cost has been confirmed for the item and destination.

Duties and import taxes

Cross-border orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or carrier fees. Product-specific checkout information will state whether these amounts are included. If it does not say they are included, contact us before ordering so we can confirm the route and likely charges.
