1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the Modnio website and any purchase you make. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. The Store is operated by Modnio, Switzerland [registered address pending].

2. Products and pricing

Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith but may contain inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel orders affected by an obvious pricing or stock mistake before they ship, with a full refund. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated and exclude duties or import taxes (see Shipping Policy).

3. Orders and payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. Placing an order is an offer to buy that we accept when we send a shipping confirmation. We may decline orders that appear fraudulent, that we cannot ship to your country, or that conflict with these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Store for unlawful purposes, to circumvent security, to scrape large portions of the catalog, or to interfere with normal operation.

7. Intellectual property

The Modnio name, logo, copy, and site design are owned by Modnio. Product images and descriptions are used under license from the relevant suppliers or sourced from publicly available manufacturer materials.

8. Disclaimers

The Store is provided "as is." We do not warrant that the site will be error-free or always available. Product warranties, if any, come from the manufacturer or supplier and are described on the product page.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the price you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes will be brought before the courts of the registered seat of Modnio, unless a mandatory consumer-protection rule in your country grants you a different forum.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be flagged by updating the date at the top of this page.
