Where is my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email when your item ships, usually within 1-2 business days of ordering. From there, US orders typically arrive in 3-7 business days, EU orders in 3-10 business days. See the full Shipping Policy.
How do I return something?
Email us at our support address within 14 days of delivery. For damaged or defective items, include photos and we refund or replace at no cost. For change-of-mind returns, send the item back unused in original packaging and we refund the item price (you cover return shipping). Full detail in Refunds & Returns.
When will my card be charged?
Your card is charged at the moment you complete checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe; Modnio never sees or stores your full card number.
Where do products ship from?
Most US orders ship from a US warehouse (3-7 days). EU orders ship from an EU warehouse (3-10 days). If an item is only available from a non-US/EU warehouse, the longer lead time is shown before you order.
Will I be charged customs or import taxes?
Items shipped from a US warehouse to US addresses have no duties. Items shipped from non-US warehouses may incur duties or VAT collected by the carrier on delivery. If you want to know the warehouse for a specific item before ordering, contact us.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, if the order has not shipped yet. Email us within an hour or two of ordering and we'll cancel and refund. Once tracking is active we can no longer cancel, but you can still return after delivery.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to the US, Canada, UK, EU, Switzerland, Australia, and New Zealand. For other countries, email us to ask.
