Where is my order?
Tracking is provided after your item is dispatched. The product-specific delivery range shown before checkout is the best estimate for your order. If tracking has not appeared or has stopped moving, contact us with your order details. See the full Shipping Policy.
How do I return something?
Email us at our support address within 30 days of delivery. For damaged or defective items, include photos and we refund or replace at no cost. For change-of-mind returns, send the item back unused in original packaging and we refund the item price (you cover return shipping). Full detail in Refunds & Returns.
When will my card be charged?
Your card is charged at the moment you complete checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe; Modnio never sees or stores your full card number.
Where do products ship from?
The fulfillment location varies by product and destination. We show a delivery range only after the current route has been checked, and checkout remains closed for items without a current route.
Will I be charged customs or import taxes?
Cross-border orders may have duties, VAT, or carrier fees. Product-specific checkout information will state whether these amounts are included. Contact us before ordering if that information is not clear.
Can I cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel and refund an order only if fulfillment has not started. Once it has started, the published return rules apply after delivery.
Do you ship to my country?
Eligible countries are listed per product after its current fulfillment route has been checked. Contact us if your country is not listed.
