How do I send my pet's photo?
The easiest way is to attach it right in the builder above before you check out. Forgot, or want to swap it? Just email your photo to support@modnio.com with your order number (it's on your Stripe receipt). A clear, well-lit shot facing the camera works best. We reply with your first proof within about 48 hours.
Is the art made by AI?
Yes, and we're upfront about it. We use our own art software to transform your photo into the style you choose, then a real person reviews every portrait and sends you a proof to approve before anything is printed. You only pay for art you love.
How long does it take?
You'll get your first digital proof within about 48 hours of sending your photo. Digital files are delivered as soon as you approve. Printed products typically arrive in 7 to 15 business days with free shipping.
What if I don't love it?
We revise it until you do, free. If you're still not happy, you get your money back. That's the guarantee.
Can you do more than one pet?
Yes. Multiple pets in one portrait are welcome, just send a clear photo of each and mention it in your email. For complex group portraits we may suggest the larger canvas sizes.
